By accessing majorpremium.com or using the services of Major Premium LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Major Premium LLC provides professional handyman and home improvement services in the Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area.
Major Premium LLC provides handyman and home improvement services including but not limited to: accent walls, flooring installation, painting, drywall repair, cabinet installation, TV mounting, electrical work, and general repairs. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and pricing as quoted.
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. Material costs are separate and billed at actual cost. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
By submitting a service request through our website, calling our business phone number, or texting us, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Major Premium LLC at the phone number you provide. These messages include:

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. A 50% deposit may be required for projects exceeding $2,000.
Major Premium LLC provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on all services. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear.
Major Premium LLC carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed issues, or damage caused by third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
