Home maintenance in Las Vegas
Desert houses wear in their own way: dust in the sliding door tracks, dryer vents full of lint, caulk that dries out, gaps under doors that let in heat and dust. We take care of the upkeep list.

How it works
- Dryer vents cleaned and re-hooked — a clogged vent makes the dryer slow and is a fire risk.
- Weatherstripping and door sweeps to keep out drafts and dust; sliding door rollers and tracks so doors glide again.
- Old, cracked caulk cut out and replaced; batteries and detectors checked.
