Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Tell us about the property in your request. We confirm every visit with the person who booked it.
Can you take care of the whole move-out list in one visit?
Usually, yes. We go through the list at the free on-site estimate and tell you what fits in one visit.
How is it priced?
Every project is reviewed and priced individually before work begins. Hourly work is $90 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
