Handyman punch lists in Las Vegas
Send us the whole to-do list — the loose door, the hole in the wall, the TV, the blinds, the dripping caulk line — and we plan it as one visit instead of five separate calls.

How it works
- Write the list the way you would for a friend: one line per job. Photos help, but they are optional.
- At the free on-site estimate we go through every line with you and price the visit before any work starts.
- If a line on the list needs a licensed trade, we tell you straight and leave it out — the rest still gets done.

Questions
Handyman punch lists: good to know
How many jobs can I put on one list?
As many as you have. We look at the whole list at the estimate and tell you what fits in one visit.
Is there a discount for a longer list?
Yes — 10% off labor when we do 3 or more jobs in one visit. Put your whole list in one request.
How is a punch list priced?
Hourly work is $90 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Bigger items are priced individually at the free on-site estimate, before any work starts.
What if something on my list is not a handyman job?
We tell you at the estimate and leave that line out. Everything else on the list still gets done.
